All products are made-to-order. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. During periods of high order volume or seasonal demand, processing may take a few additional days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

"Total estimated time of receipt" is based on when your order goes into production, usually about 24 hrs from receiving your order, to when your order is delivered. "Total estimated time of receipt" includes both production and shipping times. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
Orders are fulfilled from one of our production partner's facilities depending on the product ordered.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment, especially for international deliveries.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We arenot responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to update the address.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Some countries may charge import taxes, customs fees, or handling fees. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
