Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return request is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom/personalized products (special orders). If you’re unsure about eligibility, please reach out before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and approved, we’ll process your exchange and ship the replacementas soon as it completes production (approx. 5–7 business days).

Refunds

Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
